The Great Florida RV Getaway brings together five RV travel communities at Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort in LaBelle, Florida. Use this page to register, understand how RV site booking works, preview the weekend schedule, and find answers to common attendee questions.

Register for the rally first. Your RV site is handled after that.

Rally tickets are separate from RV site or lodging charges. Each adult needs a ticket. Children under 16 are free, with no ticket fee, but must be registered with an attending adult. After registration is complete, the resort will follow up with you about reserving your RV site.

Important RV policy

Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort does not allow truck campers or pop-up campers. Please confirm your RV type is permitted before purchasing rally tickets.

Standard rally sites are planned at a discounted rate, subject to availability. Please complete your rally registration first and wait for the resort booking follow-up before calling the resort directly.

RiverBend is hosting a Sunday open house after the rally.

Guests who wish to extend their stay are invited to the RiverBend Motorcoach Resort Open House on Sunday, January 24. This is a separate RiverBend event, so use the flyer QR code to register directly with RiverBend.

The open house includes coach house and premium lot tours, cocktails at the pool bar, live music, food trucks, pickleball, and special guests Izzy & MJ from Endless RVing.

Do I need both a rally ticket and a campsite?

Yes. Your rally ticket is separate from your RV site or lodging charges. Register for the rally first, then the campground/resort will contact you to reserve your site.

Is the rally ticket per person or per campsite?

Tickets are per adult/person, not per campsite. Children under 16 do not need a paid ticket, but they must be registered with an attending adult.

Which registration link or code should I use?

Use the registration link or code shared by the RV channel you follow most closely.

When will the resort contact me?

After your rally registration is fully completed, the campground/resort will contact you about reserving your RV site.

Are truck campers or pop-up campers allowed?

No. Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort does not allow truck campers or pop-up campers. Please confirm your RV type is permitted before purchasing rally tickets.

Should I call the resort directly?

Not yet. Please register for the rally first, then wait for the resort to contact you about booking your site unless a different instruction is announced.

What if I did not get a confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are sent after registration is complete. If you do not see one and your charge did not go through, try again using a different browser or your phone and make sure every required field is complete.

Can I arrive early or stay late?

Applicable discounted rally rates are available up to five days before and five days after the event, subject to availability.

How much are the RV sites?

The first 20 RV reservations assigned to each host channel will qualify for a discounted $89-per-night standard-site rate. After those initial discounted sites are claimed, additional standard sites are $99 per night, subject to availability.

Are premium sites discounted?

Premium sites are separate from the $89 standard-site discount and are available at the rally rate of $110 per night, subject to availability.

What is included in the $200 rally ticket?

The ticket covers access to rally activities and event programming. Check back for the final schedule and details about meals, entertainment, seminars, and giveaways.

Are meals included?

One rally dinner is sponsored by Tiffin Motorhomes. The tentative schedule also includes potluck desserts and Sunday breakfast. Final meal details and times will be posted here before the rally.

Can I volunteer?

Yes. Volunteer opportunities may include check-in, scavenger hunt support, charity fundraising, prize giveaways, breakfast help, and activity support. Signup details will be shared later.

Can I be a vendor or sponsor?

Is there a Facebook group?

What should I bring?

Bring your normal rally and campground setup, any confirmed event items you have been asked to bring, and optionally a bottle of wine, bourbon, or whiskey to share at the Thursday evening social.
