Join the waitlist. We will check with the resort first.
Rally tickets are separate from RV site or lodging charges. Each adult needs a ticket. Children under 16 are free, with no ticket fee, but must be registered with an attending adult. New requests go through the waitlist. Your card is verified when you join, but is charged only after resort approval and confirmation by the organizers. The waitlist does not guarantee admission or reserve an RV site.

Guests who wish to extend their stay are invited to the RiverBend Motorcoach Resort Open House on Sunday, January 24. This is a separate RiverBend event, so use the flyer QR code to register directly with RiverBend.
The open house includes coach house and premium lot tours, cocktails at the pool bar, live music, food trucks, pickleball, and special guests Izzy & MJ from Endless RVing.

Why is there a waitlist after September 30?
Rally ticket sales closed September 30 so the resort could release the remaining RV sites for regular bookings. Additional rally registrations now require resort approval, so the waitlist lets the organizers check availability before confirming a spot.
When will my card be charged?
Your billing information is verified when you join the waitlist, but your card is not charged then. Payment is processed only after the resort approves your spot and the organizers complete your rally registration. Joining does not guarantee admission or reserve an RV site.
Do I need both a rally ticket and a campsite?
Yes. Your rally ticket is separate from your RV site or lodging charges. New requests must join the waitlist for resort approval before registration is confirmed. RV site booking and charges are handled separately with the resort.
Is the rally ticket per person or per campsite?
Tickets are per adult/person, not per campsite. Children under 16 do not need a paid ticket, but they must be registered with an attending adult.
Which registration link or code should I use?
Use the registration link or code shared by the RV channel you follow most closely.
When will the resort contact me?
For new requests, the organizers first check availability with the resort. After approval and completed rally registration, follow the resort instructions to reserve your RV site.
Are truck campers or pop-up campers allowed?
No. Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort does not allow truck campers or pop-up campers. Please confirm your RV type is permitted before joining the waitlist.
Should I call the resort directly?
For new rally requests, join the waitlist so the organizers can check with the resort first. Already registered attendees should follow their resort booking instructions.
What if I did not get a confirmation email?
Check your spam folder and contact the organizers if you cannot find your email. A waitlist request is separate from confirmed registration, and no charge is expected when you join. Avoid submitting a duplicate request.
Can I arrive early or stay late?
Ask the resort to confirm extra nights, availability, and the rate that applies to your booking.
How much are the RV sites?
RV site charges are separate from rally tickets. Existing attendees should refer to their resort booking confirmation. For new waitlist requests, the resort must confirm availability and rates; joining the waitlist does not guarantee a discounted site.
Are premium sites discounted?
Premium site availability and pricing must be confirmed with the resort for your booking. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a premium site or a discounted rate.
What is included in the $200 rally ticket?
The ticket covers access to rally activities and event programming. Check back for the final schedule and details about meals, entertainment, seminars, and giveaways.
Are meals included?
One rally dinner is sponsored by Tiffin Motorhomes. The tentative schedule also includes potluck desserts and Sunday breakfast. Final meal details and times will be posted here before the rally.
Can I volunteer?
Yes. Volunteer opportunities may include check-in, scavenger hunt support, charity fundraising, prize giveaways, breakfast help, and activity support. Signup details will be shared later.
Can I be a vendor or sponsor?
